Matt Lindquist

A principal at SourceOne Partners for over 7 years, helps small to medium-sized businesses navigate through various payroll, human resources and group benefit options in the New Jersey and the Northeast.

With over 11 years of experience in the payroll and insurance marketplace, he carries the knowledge and skill set necessary to help businesses navigate the ever-changing world of group benefits under the Affordable Care Act, or ObamaCare. He is a licensed insurance agent in multiple states and is dedicated to serving clients in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania areas. With a hands-on approach, Matthew ensures his clients have explored and utilized every option available to them.

Prior to joining SourceOne Partners in 2005, Matthew worked as Client Manger for Epix Holdings Corporation and Gevity HR managing client payroll, HR functions and benefit plans.
Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Moravian College. He currently resides at the Jersey Shore with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Matt plays in an adult soccer league, coaches youth soccer and lacrosse teams and is an active member in his community. He also works with various local charities.
