I am a plumbing contractor and I have 12 full time employees. I want to offer health insurance, but only two of us want it and the others refuse to pay. Can I get coverage through a PEO?

All PEO’s have participation requirements of some sort. Every company’s situation is unique, and there may be a solution for your particular situation. The Affordable Care Act requires all individuals to have health insurance or they will be penalized.
