I have a warehouse selling wholesale engine parts, and I also make deliveries. Some of my drivers do paperwork as well when there are not too many deliveries. Can I classify them as clerical when they are not making deliveries all day long?

Classifying employees for workers’ compensation insurance isn’t always easy to determine. If you feel that any of your employees are not being properly classified, you should contact your carrier or your PEO and request an onsite visit.
